Our Story

LuggageSale.com.au was born from frustration—the kind of frustration that comes from standing in an airport with a broken suitcase wheel, 15 kilograms over the baggage limit, and a connecting flight to catch. That moment in Singapore's Changi Airport back in 2018 was the catalyst that inspired our founder, James Mitchell, to create something better.

As frequent travellers ourselves, we noticed a gap in the Australian market: there was no dedicated resource that combined genuine travel experience with honest luggage advice.
